Partenaires artistiques de Loire-Atlantique Les Partenaires Artistiques de Loire-Atlantique (PARLA) réunissent les directeurs et directrices de salles municipales avec les coordinateurs et coordinatrices de Projets Culturels de Territoire dans les EPCI.
Les PARLA, ce sont : Un réseau de 19 salles de spectacles et 12 EPCI, Un espace de coopération (choix collégial des spectacles ou des compagnies) et de co-construction des projets, Un réseau de partage d’expérience entre pairs, Un projet artistique et culturel commun validé dans une charte, Un soutien appuyé aux artistes du territoire (mais pas seulement).
